I could most certainly see my breath when i went running this afternoon, how depressing. I had a crazy good run today. i hate how one day i feel like i could go forever and the next i can barely go a mile, it is frustrating.

Last night was a lot of fun Tyleen is in town so she came down and we just talked and then went bowling it is so good to have her here I always have so much fun with her.
